Steps to Return Your Order
Log in to your Amartex account
Visit Amartex.in and log in using the account details used to place your order.
Go to “My Orders”
Open your profile and select the order you want to return.
Select the product
Choose the item you wish to return and select the available return option.
Select the reason for return
Choose the appropriate reason, such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsuitable product.
Submit the return request
Review the return details and submit your request. Keep your order details and return request information for future reference.
Keep the product ready
The product should be kept in its original condition with its packaging, tags, accessories and other relevant items, wherever applicable.
Pickup and refund
After the return request is approved, the product may be collected according to Amartex's applicable return process. The refund or exchange will be processed according to the company's Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
