By submitting content to Amartex, you grant the Company the rights necessary to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, or distribute that content for legitimate business and Platform-related purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on the Platform is accurate and up to date.
However, product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, sizes, availability, and other information may occasionally contain errors or vary from the actual product.
Product appearance may also vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, or other technical factors.
For clothing and apparel, fit and sizing may vary depending on the design, cut, fabric, and style. Customers should refer to the applicable size information before placing an order.
Where a product is supplied with specific instructions, care requirements, usage directions, or warranty terms, customers should follow those instructions carefully.
8. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may also be affected by applicable discounts, promotional offers, taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable fees.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing information, technical or system errors may occasionally result in incorrect prices.
If an incorrect price is identified:
Where the correct price is lower, the applicable lower price may be charged.
Where the correct price is higher, Amartex may contact you for confirmation before proceeding with the order or may cancel the order.
If an incorrect higher amount has been charged and verified, the applicable difference may be refunded or credited through the applicable payment method.

Payment cannot be verified.
The delivery address is not serviceable.
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

Circumstances beyond Amartex's reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will generally be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the applicable refund policy.
10. Delivery
Product availability and estimated delivery information may be displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by factors including product availability, location, logistics, weather, operational conditions, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and contact information.
If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the order may be handled in accordance with the applicable delivery procedure.
For certain addresses, an unsuccessful delivery may result in the order being returned to the nearest Amartex retail store for customer pickup.
Where applicable, customers will be notified of the relevant pickup location.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Amartex may deliver the available products and refund the amount charged for the unavailable item through the applicable payment method.
Delivery locations cannot generally be changed after an order has been placed. Customers who require delivery to different locations should place separate orders.
11. Store Pickup
Where store pickup is available, customers may be provided with a pickup code or other verification details.
The customer must provide the required verification information when collecting the order.
Customers should not share pickup codes or other order-verification information with unauthorized persons. Amartex may not be responsible for orders collected by another person using valid pickup credentials supplied or disclosed by the customer.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Amartex's applicable Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Different offers may be available online and at Amartex retail stores.
Unless otherwise stated:
Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions.
Offers cannot be revalidated or reissued after expiry.
Additional conditions may apply to specific products or payment methods.
If an order involving a promotional benefit is returned, the value of applicable discounts, vouchers, free gifts, or other promotional benefits may be adjusted from the refund, as permitted by the applicable offer terms.
Amartex reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions in accordance with applicable law and the specific terms of the promotion.
15. Amartex Loyalty Programme
Customers may earn loyalty points on eligible purchases made online or at participating Amartex retail stores.
Under the currently published Amartex VIP structure:
Purchases up to ₹25,000: 1% in points
Purchases between ₹25,001 and ₹50,000: 1.5% in points
Purchases above ₹50,001: 2% in points
1 point = ₹1
Points are valid for 12 months
A minimum threshold of 50% of the points balance applies for redemption, subject to the applicable programme rules.
The loyalty programme may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and modifications.
Amartex reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme in accordance with applicable law.
16. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
Commit or facilitate unlawful activities.
Engage in fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Use another person's payment method without authorization.
Upload harmful or malicious software.
Attempt to compromise Platform security.
Collect or extract Platform data without authorization.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Publish unlawful, abusive, misleading, or objectionable content.
Promote unauthorized products or services.
Use products purchased through the Platform for unauthorized resale.
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access and may also lead to legal action where appropriate.

While Amartex makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and availability of the Platform, we do not guarantee that:
The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
All information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
Product listings will always remain available.
The Platform will be free from technical issues, bugs, or interruptions.
Delivery estimates will always be achieved.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amartex Industries Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Suspension or Termination
Amartex may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform or account if:

Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
The Platform is being misused.
Required by law or a regulatory authority.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Amartex will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, supply-chain disruptions, war, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

If Amartex does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, this will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
27. Grievance Redressal
If you have a concern regarding your order, purchase, account, or use of the Platform, please contact Amartex Customer Support first.
If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the designated Grievance Officer.
A complaint or ticket number may be provided for tracking purposes. The grievance officer aims to respond to reported issues within the applicable business timeframe, while resolution may depend on the nature and complexity of the complaint.
