You can cancel an order while its status is Awating Confirmation. Open the order details to check whether cancellation is available.
Steps to Cancel Your Order
Log in to your Amartex account
Visit Amartex.in and log in using the account details used to place your order.
Go to “My Orders”
Open your profile and select the order you want to cancel.
Open Order Details
Select Cancel Order. This button is available only while the status is Awating Confirmation.
Enter your cancellation reason
In the popup, enter a short reason of up to 50 characters. A reason is required.
Confirm cancellation
Select Cancel Order in the popup and wait for confirmation. Your order details and status log will refresh after a successful cancellation.
